Tea Anyone?

This is a cake for an "afternoon tea" party! It was supposed to be iced in a white chocolate whipped ganache, but it just didn't want to be! I don't know if it was the weather or just a bad day for me, but this poor cake was iced and stripped twice before being covered in fondant! The other icing just kept melting off the cake, literally! I thought I had it the second time around, but then a couple of hours later (in the middle of doing another cake) I checked on it, and the teapot had slid down the side and the icing was beginning to pool around the bottom! Totally crazy, but it turned out alright in the end, thank goodness!!  It is a white chocolate cake filled with fresh peach filling! YUM!
