Valentine's Day Cake

This is my favorite cake. I wanted to get some more experience with tiered cakes, so I made this Valentine's cake for my Ryan. I used the fondant rose I had sculpted for another cake and painted the hearts and words on with food coloring. Then I trimmed it with satin ribbon. It seems to be getting easier to make the cakes level and the fondant smoother, but I still get some bloopers ;-]
