This is the Christmas cake that I made for a get together with my cousin Jennifer and her Hubby, and his family. I made way more than was needed, but I wanted to try making a tiered cake. :-) I think it turned out pretty well, but it was really hard to get the butter cream icing to not pick up the chocolate crumbs!
